GREENFIELD — Three children will face juvenile intimidation charges after they called in a bomb threat to a Greenfield gas sta- tion while trying to recreate a YouTube prank, police said.

Police were called Thursday morning to Circle K, located at the corner of Mc-Kenzie Road and State Road 9, after a worker fielded a series of phone calls from someone claiming to have put a bomb in the bathroom of the gas station.

The first call came in around 1 a.m. The Indiana State Police bomb-sniffing dogs were called to search the area, but nothing was found.

Detectives traced the phone number used to call in the threats to a home in Greenfield.

There, two 10-year-old boys and a 13-year-old girl confessed to having made the prank calls.

They told police they were trying to recreate a YouTube video, officers said.
