HANCOCK COUNTY — The Hancock County Community Foundation recently awarded grants to several local organizations.
The Hancock County Community Foundation is a nonprofit, public charity that promotes local philanthropy, convenes community initiatives and supports nonprofit organizations.
Grants issued were:
$1,800 to Main Street Initiatives, Dec. 17; $1,000 to Friends of Hancock County Pennsy Trails, Feb. 2; $11,000 to Hunger Relief Programming, Dec. 21; $4,300 to Hancock County Youth Programs, Dec. 16; $25,025 to Hancock County Animal Care, Dec. 4; and $18,553 to Health and Safety Programming, Dec. 17.
