Officials give builders go-ahead on subdivision
HANCOCK COUNTY — County officials recently gave a developer approval to begin construction on a 169-home subdivision.
Arbor Homes, a regional developer, plans to begin construction on a 76-acre site at the intersection of West County Road 600N and Carroll Road as early as July.
Homes inside the neighborhood, named Sage-brook, will measure between 2,400 and 3,000 square feet, according to building plans.
