Ranson Turner Jr., 79, passed away Thursday, March 10, 2016. He was born Sept.13, 1936, in Cumberland, Ky., to the late Ranson and Lucinda (Sturgill) Turner.
He is survived by his wife, Donna M. (Jackson) Turner of Wilkinson; his sons, David Turner of Alexandria, Isaac Turner of London, Ky., Ranson Turner of Wilkinson and Joshua (Raquel) Turner of Wilkinson; sisters, Isabelle Jones-Knorr of Greenwood, S.C., Dorothy Taylor of Cumberland, Ky. and Bessie Smith of Cumberland, Ky.; 12 grandchildren and four great- grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, son, Larry Turner; seven sisters and 12 brothers.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield. Graveside service will follow at 1:30 pm, at Park Cemetery, Greenfield.
