HANCOCK COUNTY — The Hancock County Community Foundation wants residents to go out to eat this month.
During the month of March, the Dine to Donate for the Imagination Library Express event sets up donation nights at different area restaurants. Donations will receive a 50 percent match from the foundation until funds are tapped out, or until March 31, whichever comes first, according to a flyer from the community foundation.
Imagination Library provides free books to Hancock County children from birth to age 5.
The donation event nights are:
- 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, at The Grill II, 6621 W. Broadway, McCordsville; 10 percent of purchase will be donated;
- Monday to Friday, Kinsey’s Italian Cafe, 6383 W. Broadway, McCordsville; mention Imagination Library to donate 10 percent of purchase;
- Wednesday, Chicago’s Pizza, Greenfield and McCordsville locations; 10 percent with flyer;
- 5 to 8 p.m. March 22, The Grill II, McCordsville; 10 percent of purchase will be donated;
- March 22, Mozzi’s Pizza, Greenfield location; 20 percent donated with flier, and;
- March 23, The Mug, 117 Apple St., Greenfield; mention Imagination Library for 15 percent donation.
