Paul D. Civitello pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance; sentenced to 365 days in jail with four days executed and 361 days suspended; 361 days informal probation; $200 drug interdiction fee; fine and cost: $183.

Galen Vivero pleaded guilty to dealing marijuana; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; $200 drug interdiction fee; driver’s license suspended 180 days; fine and cost: $583.
