Hancock County Homemakers host programming

HANCOCK COUNTY — The Hancock County Purdue Extension Homemakers will host two Leader Lessons beginning at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. 

The first lesson will be “The Secrets to Organizing Your Important Papers,” which will feature information about upgrading one’s organizational skills. The second lesson, “Elder Fraud: Preventing Senior Scams,” will discuss types of fraud targeting the elderly and how to avoid becoming a victim. 

The programs will be presented Tuesday at the Hancock County Purdue Extension Office, 802 N. Apple St. For more information, contact the Extension Office, 462-1113 or Megan Addison, HHS Educator, mdphares@purdue.edu. Cost for the evening’s presentations is $3, please RSVP by Friday.
