Weldon K. Brooks, 78, of Greenfield, died Feb. 20, 2016. He was born Feb. 18, 1938, in Lakenon, Texas, to the late Jack and Velma (Stoker) Brooks.
Survivors include wife, Nancy Brooks; son, Chris Brooks; daughter, Julie (Paul) Robinette; stepsons, Dennis Kugler and Tim (Nancy) Kugler; brother, Byron (Susan) Brooks; nine grandchildren; four great- grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by siblings, James, Jimmy, Patsy and Maryann and twin grandchildren.
There will be a celebration of life 11:30 a.m., Saturday, March 5, 2016, at Christian Center, 1825 S. Franklin Rd., Indianapolis.
