Judith Ann (Brasier) Crowe, 74, of Greenfield, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2016, at Springhurst Health Campus. She was born on March 21, 1941, in White County, Ill., as the daughter of Revus Brasier and Lillian (Bohleber) Martin.
She graduated from high school in southern Illinois. Judy married Charles E. Crowe on May 26, 1961, in Indianapolis.
She was a homemaker and a member of Bethel Baptist Church. Judy enjoyed gardening, cooking, participating in several bowling leagues and loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Judy is survived by her husband, Charles E. Crowe of Greenfield; son, Charles E. (Jennifer) Crowe II of Greenfield; daughter, Ellen M. (Nathan) Tobey of Noblesville; brother, Keith Brasier of Illinois; six grandchildren, Grant (Danielle) Tobey, Caitlin (Chris) Laurino, Lyndsey Hysell, Jamey Schwartz, Charles E. Crowe III and Ruth Ann Crowe; and great- granddaughter, Scarlett Quinn Tobey.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Revus Brasier and Lillian (Bohleber) Martin and brother, Jess Martin.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 21, 2016, at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will take place immediately following the visitation at 4 p.m. Dr. Randall Parker will be officiating. A private family graveside will take place at a later date at Philadelphia Cemetery.
