Gwen T. Evans, 70, of Fortville, died Thursday, Feb. 18, 2016. She was born April 9, 1945, in Eppworth, Ga.
She is survived by daughter: Mettawee “Stormy” Runion, son: Raymond “Bo” (Amy) Malone, Jr.; three grandchildren; mother, Ivanelle (Housely) Johnson; brothers, Johnny and Eddie and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by husband, David “Reid” Evans; father, James Paris; sister, Laqueta and brother, Billy.
A celebration of Gwen’s life will be held at 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 22, 2016, at Seals Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Friends may call from 6 p.m. until the time of service.
