INDIANAPOLIS — A local artist will lead a program next week for the Quilters Guild of Indianapolis-South.
Joan Webb, Greenfield fabric artist, will present “Give yourself permission to play” a program showing surface design techniques to incorporate in quilting at 1 p.m. Thursday at Friedens United Church of Christ, 8300 S. Meridian St.
