Event offers help completing FAFSA
GREENFIELD — Leaders in Navigating Knowledge is hosting a free event this month to help nontraditional students file their Free Application for Federal Student Aid.
Experts from the National Center for College Costs will be on hand Feb. 25 to help students pursuing higher education complete the FAFSA, which is required by many schools to be considered for federal and state grants, scholarships and loans.
Although the event is planned for adults pursuing higher education, high school students are welcome to attend.
The event runs from noon to 7 p.m. at the Hancock County Public Library, 900 W. McKenzie Road, Greenfield.
Attendees should bring their 2015 tax information.
