The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock County Superior Court 2:

Oct. 26

David M. Carter pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended an additional 33 days; fine and cost: $783.

Oct. 27

Robert J. Armstrong pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated with prior, felony; sentenced to 730 days in jail with 30 days executed and 700 days suspended; 700 days drug and alcohol probation; 365 days home detention; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended 185 days; fine and cost: $783.

Oct. 28

Terry S. McAfee pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days executed; $243 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw; driver’s license suspended an additional 49 days; fine and cost: $383.

Natasha M. Trexler pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; $200 drug interdiction fee; fine and cost: $583.

Oct. 30

Kimberly A. Sickles pleaded guilty to false informing; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 180 days formal probation; fine and cost: $183.

Nicholas A. Schaekel pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 138 days executed and 227 days suspended; 227 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; $50 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw; driver’s license suspended 180 days; fine and cost: $783.

Nicholas A. Schaekel pleaded guilty to battery against a public safety officer, felony; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 138 days executed and 227 days suspended; 227 days formal probation; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case.

Michael J. Reneau pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days; fine and cost: $183.
