Greenfield apartment changes owners

GREENFIELD — Broadway Village Apartments, 1692 Fallon Ct. in Greenfield, is under new ownership.

Lauth Group, a real-estate firm headquartered in Carmel, acquired the complex from Fource LLC on Jan. 4.

Broadway Village is a 142-unit community offering one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with attached garages.

Chamber seeking award nominations

GREENFIELD — The Greenfield Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for the annual Community Walk of Fame awards dinner.
