7 candidates seek Republican nomination
HANCOCK COUNTY — Seven Republicans are now running for three at-large county council seats in May’s primary.
Three of the candidates will advance to Nov-ember’s general election.
Candidates who have filed paperwork to run in the primary are incumbent Debbie Bledsoe, Steve Craney, incumbent Kent Fisk, George Langston, Mark Lozier, Bob McDaniel and Edgar E. Moore Jr.
The deadline for filing is Feb. 5.
