The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock County Superior Court 2:
Oct. 9
Andrew K. Dana pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated with prior, felony; sentenced to 910 days in jail with 180 days executed and 730 days suspended; 730 days drug and alcohol probation; 365 days home detention; driver’s license suspended 365 days; fine and cost: $783.
Andrew K. Dana pleaded guilty to resisting law enforcement; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 180 days executed and 185 days suspended; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case.
Oct. 19
Kimberly Wibiral pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; one year probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days; fine and cost: $183.
Colton D. Condon pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana; sentenced to 28 days in jail with 28 days executed; $200 drug interdiction fee; sentence to run concurrent to other Hancock County court case; fine and cost: $383.
Taylor W. Nichols pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended 90 days; fine and cost: $783.
Dennis J. Goode pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 180 days executed and 185 days suspended; 185 days drug and alcohol probation; 185 days home detention; victim impact panel; fine and cost: $783.
Cristian F. Gomez pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; $100 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw; driver’s license suspended 90 days; fine and cost: $783.
