Eastern Hancock school board to hold meeting
CHARLOTTESVILLE — Eastern Hancock School Board will conduct a special meeting Monday morning to discuss two agenda items: a new superintendent contract and borrowing $500,000.
The public will have the chance to speak with school board members about both issues.
The board named Vicki McGuire, who currently is the superintendent of Culver Community School Corp. in Marshall County, as the corporation’s new leader at a meeting last week.
Additionally, members are looking to borrow about $500,000 for various building improvement projects.
The meeting begins at 8 a.m. at the administration building.
