The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock County Superior Court 2:

June 11

Victoria Jenkins pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with four days executed and 361 days suspended; 361 days drug and alcohol probation; 90 days of home detention with alcohol monitoring; victim impact panel; fine and cost: $783.

Sept. 10

Matt S. Ivanisevic pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 10 executed and 355 suspended; 355 days drug and alcohol probation; $280.50 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw; driver’s license suspended 90 days; fine and cost: $783.

Sept. 15

Daniel C. Price pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while under the influence of controlled substances; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel, $200 drug interdiction fee; driver’s license suspended 90 days; $153 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw; fine and cost: $783.

Daniel C. Price pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days probation; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case.

Sept. 18

Victoria L. Tiedman pleaded guilty to theft; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 20 executed and 345 days suspended; 345 days formal probation; restitution to victim to be determined; fine and cost: $183.

Tracie L. Golden pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 44 days executed and 321 days suspended; 321 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended 79 days; fine and cost: $783.

Cody D. Clark pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine, felony; sentenced to 545 days in jail with 10 days executed and 535 days suspended; 535 days drug and alcohol probation; 180 days home detention; victim impact panel; $200 drug interdiction fee; $187 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw; driver’s license suspended 180 days; fine and cost: $783.

Cody D. Clark pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 10 days executed and 355 days suspended; 535 days probation; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case.

Ronnie L. Allee pleaded guilty to non-support of a dependent, felony; sentenced to 1,095 days in jail with 1,095 days suspended; 545 days formal probation; 545 days informal probation; fine and cost: $183.

Jeremy L. Chapman pleaded guilty to possession of a narcotic drug, felony; sentenced to 545 days in jail with four days executed and 541 days suspended; 541 days drug and alcohol probation; 182 days home detention; victim impact panel; $200 drug interdiction fee; fine and cost: $583.

Blake O. Howard pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 116 days executed and 249 days suspended; 249 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; $100 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw; driver’s license suspended for 90 days; fine and cost: $783.

Wieland pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 180 days executed and and the remainder to be determined; victim impact panel; restitution to the City of Greenfield to be determined; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw to be determined; fine and cost: $783.

Robert F. Celio pleaded guilty to resisting law enforcement; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days executed; fine and cost: $183.
