Kurtis S. Jackson pleaded guilty to criminal mischief; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days executed; restitution to victim for $46; sentence to run concurrent with other Hancock County court case; fine and cost; $183.
Darla J. Kemper pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; $200 drug interdiction fee; fine and cost: $583.
Debra K. Copeland pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; $200 drug interdiction fee; fine and cost: $583.
Justin W. Wadman pleaded guilty to theft; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; fine and cost: $183.
Michael J. Pagan was found guilty at trial of driving while suspended; sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days executed; driver’s license suspended 90 days; fine and cost: $183.
