Plan to receive final approval next month
GREENFIELD — The city’s new comprehensive plan is nearly ready for final approval by city officials.
After about six months of work by the planning department and various community stakeholders, the plan — a blueprint for city development and growth — was presented to the city council Wednesday evening.
It’s expected to receive final approval on Dec. 9. It’s already been approved by the city plan commission, and the planning department is in the process of making final edits.
