The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock County Superior Court 2:

Sept. 2

Carlos A. Moore pleaded guilty to being a minor in possession; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days executed; fine and cost: $183.

Robby K. Kendrick pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended 52 days; fine and cost: $783.

Sept. 3

Clinton A. Smith pleaded guilty to assisting a criminal; sentenced to 365 days in jail with six days executed and 359 days suspended; 359 days informal probation; fine and cost: $183.

Shelley A. Glenn pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days informal probation; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw to be determined; driver’s license suspended 90 days; fine and cost: $783.

Mandy S. Smith pleaded guilty to assisting a criminal; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 20 days executed and 345 days suspended; 345 days formal probation; fine and cost: $168.

Anthony L. Craig pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 180 days executed and 185 days suspended; 185 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw to be determined; driver’s license suspended 90 days; fine and cost: $783.

Anthony L. Craig pleaded guilty to criminal mischief; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days executed; restitution to Greenfield Police Department for $36; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case.

Sept. 4

Michael K. Manley pleaded guilty to theft; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days executed; fine and cost: $183.

Stephen Shumaker pleaded guilty to criminal mischief; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 180 days informal probation; restitution to Rick’s Bar to be determined; fine and cost: $183.
