I-70 lane restrictions planned for weekend
GREENFIELD — Indiana Department of Trans-portation crews plan to restrict one lane of eastbound Interstate 70 near Greenfield this weekend for concrete pavement repairs.
Beginning about 6 a.m. Saturday, the right lane of eastbound I-70 will be closed near exit 104 for State Road 9. The lane will remain closed until about 2 p.m. Sunday. The exit and entrance ramps at State Road 9 will remain open.
Officials encourage drivers to consider using U.S. 40 as an alternate route to avoid potential backups and delays. Lane restrictions also are planned for eastbound I-70 in Henry and Wayne counties.
