Herb Society to discuss Central American cuisine

GREENFIELD — The Hancock County Herb Society will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Pat Elmore Center, 280 Apple Street, for a program titled “Have a Holiday South of the Border Cooking.” Juliana Jimenez will demonstrate the uses of peppers and other herbal seasonings in traditional Central American dishes.
