Aug. 26

Dana M. Mills pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 30 days executed and 150 days suspended; 335 days formal probation; restitution to victim to be determined; sentence to run concurrent to Marion County court case; fine and cost: $183.

Brandon Reardon pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated with prior, felony; sentenced to 545 days in jail with 180 days executed and 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; 180 days home detention; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended 180 days; fine and cost: $783.
