The Hancock County Community Foundation, in conjunction with the Riley Festival, awarded Addison Hill, a seventh-grade student at St. Michael Catholic School, the 2015 Philip R. Hollenbaugh Memorial Award during the festival’s awards program.
Addison was honored for her entry in the Riley Festival Amateur Photography Contest. The theme of this year’s contest was “Water.”
The Philip R. Hollenbaugh Memorial Endowment Fund, named in memory of local photographer Phil Hollenbaugh and administered by the Hancock County Community Foundation, provides a $410 grant to the recipient’s school for photography education.
