CHARLOTTESVILLE — Members of the Eastern Hancock School Board will gather Oct. 19 in a closed meeting to review applications to fill the district’s superintendent position.
Board members say they hope to have the position filled by January 2016, when the contract for the district’s current interim superintendent, Steve Welsh, will expire. Welsh replaced Randy Harris, who left the corporation for a superintendent post with another district.
