Saralee Riggs
Saralee Riggs, 81, of Anderson, passed away Friday morning, Oct. 9, 2015. She was born Sept. 28, 1934, in Middletown, Ind., the daughter of the late Frank and Oneita (Bushong) Summers.
Saralee was a lifelong homemaker, wife and mother and grandmother. She was a 1952 graduate of Cadiz High School.
She lived in the Anderson area most of her life, where she was a member of the Bethany Christian Church and enjoyed being with her family and many friends.
Survivors include her husband, James Richard Riggs; son, James Randy (Jennifer) Riggs of Lambertville, Mich.; daughter, Cheryl (Murphy) Belding of PeWee Valley, Ky.; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, George and Mark Summers and sister, Carolyn Linzinmeir.
Friends may call from 2-6 p.m. at the Bethany Christian Church Sunday, October 11, 2015. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 12, 2015, with calling one hour prior to service at Bethany Christian Church in Anderson with Pastor Bob Bell officiating.
