The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock County Superior Court 2:

Aug. 10

David W. Dice pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days; fine and cost: $183.

Judy K. Cook pleaded guilty to conversion; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days informal probation; fine and cost: $183.

Mitchell A. Searles pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; $100 reimbursement to the prosecutor for blood draw; driver’s license suspended 51 days; fine and cost: $783.

Tiffany L. Mershon pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 60 days executed and 305 days suspended; 305 days formal probation; restitution to victim to be determined; driver’s license suspended 90 days; fine and cost: $183.

Tiffany L. Mershon pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 60 days executed and 120 days suspended; 305 days probation; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case.

Aug. 11

Matthew B. Quackenbush pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 10 days executed and 170 days suspended; 355 days drug and alcohol probation; $200 drug interdiction fee; fine and cost: $583.

Matthew B. Quackenbush pleaded guilty to possession of paraphernalia; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 10 days executed and 50 days suspended; 355 days probation; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case.

Michael J. Orr pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 60 days executed and 305 days suspended; 305 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; restitution to victim for $94.05; driver’s license suspended for 90 days; fine and cost: $783.

Melisa Speer pleaded guilty to non-support of a dependent child, felony; sentenced to 1,095 days in jail with 106 days executed and 989 days suspended; 989 days formal probation; maintain weekly child support payments; fine and cost: $183.

Michael P. Cramer pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with two days executed and 363 days suspended; 363 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw to be determined; driver’s license suspended 90 days; restitution to victim to be determined; fine and cost: $783.
