Glennis E. Early, 78, of Greenfield, passed away Saturday, Oct. 3, 2015, at Kearns Comfort Care, Greenfield. He was born Oct. 4, 1936, in Ky., to the late Lesley and Thelma (Scott) Early.
Glenn enjoyed a long career with General Motors and the Chrysler Corporation totaling 45 years prior to his retirement in 2001. He was an active member of the Hancock County F&AM 101 Lodge and the Shrine club.
Glenn was a loving and caring man and he will be greatly missed and always loved by his wife and family.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela (Kimmel) Early of Greenfield; brothers, Duwayne (Melanie) Early of Dayton, Ohio, Jerry (Cheri) Early of Kingsport, Tenn., Ken (Kathy) Early of Mims, Fla.; sisters, Helen (Larry) Kennedy of Greenfield, Darlene (Steve) Grigsby of Ashville, N.C.; two grandchildren and three great- grandchildren.
Preceding him in death are his parents; former wife, Carrie B. Early; daughter, Cheryl Loyd and brother, Robert Early.
Friends may call 4-7 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2015, with a Masonic Service at 7 p.m. at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield. Funeral services will be Thursday, 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial immediately following at Park Cemetery, Greenfield.
