GREENFIELD — Greenfield Family Dentistry is now open on the north side of the city.

Located at 1200 N. State St., the practice is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Wednesdays. Same-day appointments can be made with the dentist, Edward Garry, as needed.

Local utility provider receives award

GREENFIELD — NineStar Connect, a local Internet, electric, cable and phone service provider, recently received an award from the National Rural Broadband Association.

NineStar was awarded the Smart Rural Community Showcase Award for providing broadband Internet networks that the communities it serves can use to sustain business and development.

Company selected as Member of Month

GREENFIELD — Tech development company SONICU was selected as Greenfield Main Street’s Member of the Month for September.

The business, founded in 2008, received the award for its work in developing monitoring technology for neonatal intensive care units in hospitals.

SONICU is located in the Dobbins building in downtown Greenfield, 19 W. Main St.
