Craig Gardner Glazier, 48, of Fortville, died Friday, Sept. 25, 2015. He was born April 10, 1967, in Missouri.
He is survived by his wife, Missy (Millikin) Glazier, whom he married Aug. 7, 2004, in Greenfield; daughters, Emily, McKinsey, Abby, Hannah and Kennedy of Fortville; parents, Bob and Carolyn Glazier of Greenfield; brother Mark (Leann) Glazier of Greenfield; step-brother Steve (Melanie) Champion of Columbus; three nephews and two nieces.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Erving and Nancy (Craig) Glazier and Lester and Maxine Abbott.
Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 1, 2015, at Blu Falls Arts & Events Center, 8820 South State Road 9, Pendleton, Indiana 49064.
