GREENFIELD — The city of Greenfield will conduct a ribbon-cutting ceremony Monday to celebrate the completion of the Franklin Street construction.
The roadwork project, which began last spring, widened the street and added a center turn lane.
The ceremony starts at 9 a.m. in a newly constructed parking lot on the east side of Franklin Street, south of the Pennsy Trail.
