The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock County Superior Court 2:

Aug. 3

Natalia Wilson pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $783.

Sanford Hamilton pleaded guilty to invasion of privacy; sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days executed; sentence to run concurrent to other Hancock County court case. Fine and cost: $183.

Brian S. Jett pleaded guilty to non-support of a dependent, felony; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation. Fine and cost: $183.

Aug. 4

Mark R. Jackson pleaded guilt to possession of marijuana; sentenced to 180 days in jail with six days executed and 174 days suspended; 359 days informal probation; $200 drug interdiction fee; driver’s license suspended 180 days. Fine and cost: $183.

Mark R. Jackson pleaded guilt to possession of paraphernalia; sentenced to 365 days in jail with six days executed and 359 days suspended; 359 days informal probation; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case.

Charles A. Rabe pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated with prior, felony; sentenced to 910 days in jail with 365 days executed and 545 days suspended; 545 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended 319 days. Fine and cost: $783.

Pamela S. Galloway pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 10 days executed and 355 days suspended; 355 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; $100 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw. Fine and cost: $783.

Twylia Scanlon pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 10 days in jail; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $183.

Emily Masterson pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; $200 drug interdiction fee. Fine and cost: $583.

Jeremy L. Whittaker pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; restitution to victim for $520.87; sentence to run concurrent with other Hancock County court case. Fine and cost: $183.
