The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock County Superior Court 2:

July 29

Timothy Bowling pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 10 days executed and 355 days suspended; 355 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel. Fine and cost: $783.

Cora J. Day pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $183.

July 30

Stephen J. Pittman pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; restitution to victim to be determined. Fine and cost: $183.

Joshua T. Nunn pleaded guilty to interfering with a drug screen; sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days executed; sentence to run concurrent with other Hancock County court case. Fine and cost: $183.

Justin M. Weaver pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 10 days executed and 355 days suspended; 355 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $783.

Sheldon Parham-Wise pleaded guilty to being a minor in possession; sentenced to 60 days in jail with two days executed and 58 suspended; 363 days probation.

Sheldon Parham-Wise pleaded guilty to criminal mischief; sentenced to 36 days in jail with 36 days executed; restitution to the Hancock County Jail for $735. Fine and cost: $183.

Amanda L. Isbell pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; $100 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw; driver’s license suspended 38 days. Fine and cost: $783.

Robert M.
