July 23

Brandon G. Barngrover pleaded guilty to resisting law enforcement; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 32 days executed and 333 days suspended; 333 days formal probation; 333 days home detention. Fine and cost: $183.

Bashon D. Glover pleaded guilty to driving while suspended with prior; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $183.

Edward E. Filaski pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; $280.50 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $783.

Joshua W. Furgason pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 10 days executed and 50 days suspended; 355 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; 120 hours of community service. Fine and cost: $783.

Chelsea R. Nance pleaded guilty to being a minor in possession; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation. Fine and cost: $583.

Ashley Althoff was found guilty of driving while suspended; sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days executed; driver’s license suspended for 90 days. Fine and cost: $183.

July 24

Charles W. Wright pleaded guilty to criminal mischief; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 365 days informal probation; restitution to victim for $440.43. Fine and cost: $183.

Robert L. Hanson pleaded guilty to battery; sentenced to 102 days in jail with 102 days executed. Fine and cost: $183.
