The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock County Superior Court 2:

July 20

Heather N. Kirby pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation. Fine and cost: $183.

July 21

Jeffrey Garland pleaded guilty to nonsupport of a dependent child, felony; sentenced to 1,095 days in jail with 1,095 days executed. Fine and cost: $183.

Britian M. Sherman pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; $100 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw. Fine and cost: $783.

Cidney L. Cecil pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct; sentenced to 180 days in jail with two days executed and 178 days suspended; 178 days formal probation. Fine and cost: $183.

Katina R. Moussa pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; restitution to victim for damage to vehicle to be determined; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $183.

July 22

Randell Harrison was found guilty of driving while suspended; sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days executed; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $183.

James Connors pleaded guilty to public intoxication; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel. Fine and cost: $583.

Jeremy R. Etheridge pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; driver’s license suspended for 90 days. Fine and cost: $183.
