HANCOCK COUNTY — The Hancock County Herb Society will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Patricia Elmore Center, 280 Apple Street, Greenfield.
The program covers the use of herbs in making cheeses. Kristy Kikly from Red Bud Farm and the Caprini Creamery will demonstrate cheese-making and provide samples to taste and cheese products for sale.
Refreshments will be served.
Meetings are free, and the public is welcome.
