The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock County Superior Court 2:

June 17

Jeffrey D. Copeland pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 30 days executed and 335 days suspended; 335 days drug and alcohol probation; 335 days home detention; victim impact panel; restitution to NineStar for damage to utility pole to be determined; $80.50 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $768.

Randy Todd pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $768.

Randy Todd pleaded guilty to reckless driving; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 365 days probation; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case.

June 29

Shane J. McDaniel pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days executed; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $168.

Austin C. Ehrgott pleaded guilty to being a minor possessing or consuming alcohol; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation. Fine and cost: $568.

June 30

Thomas M. Love pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; $200 drug interdiction fee. Fine and cost: $558.
