Megan Elizabeth Kerkhof, infant, daughter of Nick and Melanie Kerkhof, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 8, 2015, at Riley Hospital for Children. She was born on July 31, 2015, at Community North Hospital.
Megan is survived by her parents, Nick and Melanie Kerkhof of Greenfield; sister, Ellen Kerkhof; grandparents, Ray and Pam Kerkhof, David Bush, and Sally Bush, all of Greenfield; great- grandparents, Norris and Jackie Kerkhof of Greenfield and Byron and Charlene Hackett of Thorntown; aunts and uncles, Lisa and Chad Kerkhof of Greenfield, Brandi and Brandon Albea of Lebanon, and Alex Bush of Greenfield; and seven cousins.
She was preceded in death by her great- grandparents, Denny and Elizabeth Shore, Utokia Bush and Cecil Bush.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 13, 2015, at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 14, 2015, also at the mortuary. Pastor Mike Manning will be officiating.
