GREENFIELD — Charles Goodman, the driver of a church bus that overturned on Interstate 70, killing a 6-year-old boy last week, appeared in court for the first time Tuesday.
Goodman, 53, pleaded not guilty to reckless homicide, a Level 5 felony, and driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor.
Goodman appeared before Hancock County Court Commissioner Scott Sirk, who set a cash bond of $30,000.
