Laura Mae Heckman, 91, of Indianapolis, passed away Sunday, Aug. 2, 2015.
Laura is survived by her sons, Richard Heckman (Sandra) and Bruce Heckman (Julie); daughters, Sandra Baldwin (Jerry) and Debrah Ross (Michael).
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Henry “Ray” Heckman; siblings, Marian Bueno and Leo Zeabart; parents, Leo Zeabart Sr. and Patricia Quinn Zeabart.
Laura was a thoughtful mother and loving grandmother. Remembered for her arts and crafts and good nature, Laura was always working, always providing and kept the family well grounded.
Visitation will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2015, at Flanner and Buchanan—Washington Park East 10722 E Washington St.Indianapolis, IN 46229 with funeral service at 1 p.m. in the funeral center. Burial will follow the services in Bethel Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
