The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock County Superior Court 2:

June 16

Bryan Kiser pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; restitution to victims for medical bills and damage to vehicle to be determined; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $400.

Justin P. Hicks pleaded guilty to non-support of a dependent, felony; sentenced to 1,095 days in jail with 180 days executed and 915 days suspended; 915 days formal probation; sentence to run concurrent with other Hancock County court case. Fine and cost: $168.

June 17

Amanda N. Edwards pleaded guilty to battery; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 365 days formal probation. Fine and cost: $168.

Jazzmine L. Hayes was found guilty of driving while suspended; sentenced to 28 days in jail with 28 days executed; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $168.

June 18

Acie J. Wilson Jr. pleaded guilty to battery; sentenced to 48 days in jail with 48 days executed. Fine and cost: $168.

Paul Cobb was found guilty of driving while suspended; sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days executed; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $168.

Dewaune A. Mosley pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 20 days executed and 345 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $168.

June 19

Nicole R. Arthur pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated with prior, felony; sentenced to 545 days in jail with 10 days executed and 535 days suspended; 535 days drug and alcohol probation; 180 days home detention; victim impact panel; $280.50 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw; driver’s license suspended 78 days.
