Phillip M Hallgarth (Mike), 65, passed away in Greenfield, on July 26, 2015. He was born in Rushville, on Dec. 11, 1949.
Visitation will be from Noon to 2:00 p.m. on July 29, 2015, with funeral immediately following at Arlington Christian Church 2341 North 700 West Arlington Ind. Graveside services will also follow at Arlington Cemetery.
