Tracy W. West pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 10 days executed and 355 days suspended; 355 days drug and alcohol probation; home detention; victim impact panel; $200 drug interdiction fee; $246.50 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw. Fine and cost: $768.

Terri S. Tanner pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 16 days executed and 44 days suspended; 44 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; $280.50 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $768.

Terri S. Tanner pleaded guilty to resisting law enforcement; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 16 days executed and 349 days suspended; probation for one year; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case.

Latasha Gardner pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days executed; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $168.
