The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock County Superior Court 2:

June 1

Emilee A. Childers pleaded guilty to possession of paraphernalia; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation. Fine and cost: $568.

Steven A. Cook was found guilty at trial of driving while suspended; sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days executed; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $168.

Misty D. Hammons pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 10 days executed and 355 days suspended; 355 days drug and alcohol probation; 180 days home detention; $50 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood; driver’s license suspended for one year. Fine and cost: $768.

Sergio Stewart pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 80 days in jail with 80 days executed; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $168.

Joshua P. Hendryx pleaded guilty to invasion of privacy; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; sentence to run concurrent with other Hancock County court case. Fine and cost: $168.

June 2

Jason C. Daver pleaded guilty to conversion; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days executed. Fine and cost: $168.

Bradley S. Boals pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 90 days executed and 275 days suspended; 275 days drug and alcohol probation; $200 drug interdiction fee; driver’s license suspended 180 days. Fine and cost: $568.

Antonio Fifer was found guilty at trial of driving while suspended; sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days executed; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $168.
