Sandra K. Collins, 75, of Wilkinson, passed away Saturday, July 11, 2015, at Hancock Regional Hospital Hospice in Greenfield. She was born Oct. 16, 1939, in Portland, Ind., the daughter of the late Herley and Clarice (Coon) Cart.
Sandy loved caring for her flock, sewing, and making and selling crafts. She was a member of the Rebekah Lodge, Hope 114, Wilkinson Church of Christ, and the Joyful Saints.
Survivors include her husband, Elmer Collins of Wilkinson; daughters, Kim (Gaylen) Reason of Greenfield, Tina (James) Simmons of Greenfield; sister, Judy (Ed) Weaver of Spiceland; grandsons, Chris Reason (Amy) of Douglasville, Ga., Cory Reason Greenfield, Michael (Cheryl) Simmons of Springfield, VA., Matthew (Sarah) Simmons of Greenfield, Mason Simmons of Greenfield, Justin (Allison) Cart of Greenfield; seven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, C.J. Cart, Terry Cart and granddaughter, Christina Reason.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2015. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. held Thursday, July 16, 2015, at Condo and Son Funeral Home in Wilkinson, Ind., with Russ Lutes officiating. Burial will follow at McCray Cemetery in Wilkinson.
