CUMBERLAND — The Town of Cumberland Parks Advisory Council is accepting nominations for the 2015 Honors Park Ceremony. Each year, the ceremony recognizes an individual or individuals who have lived or worked in Cumberland and displayed distinguished service to the community through noteworthy accomplishments.
Nominations are being accepted through Aug. 10.
Nominations can be submitted to the council at 11501 E. Washington St., Cumberland.
All nominations must be submitted in writing, including an explanation of the nominee’s qualifications.
The induction ceremony will be Oct. 4.
