May 28

Jimmie L. Myers pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 28 days in jail with 28 days executed; driver’s license suspended 90 days; sentence to run concurrent with other Hancock County court case. Fine and cost: $168.

Jimmie L. Myers pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 14 days in jail with 14 days executed; sentence to run concurrent with other Hancock County court case. Fine and cost: $168.

Kyle D. Sharp pleaded guilty to resisting law enforcement; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days executed; sentence to run concurrent with other Hancock County Court case.

Adrienne H. Hirsch pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended 52 additional days. Fine and cost: $768.

Shawn M. Mayhugh pleaded guilty to the possession of marijuana; sentenced to 365 days in jail with four days executed and 361 days suspended; 361 days drug and alcohol probation; $200 drug interdiction fee; $280.50 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw; driver’s license suspended 180 days. Fine and cost: $568.

David M. Atkinson pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days informal probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $768.

Nickoli J.
