Crider receives study committee assignments
GREENFIELD — State Sen. Mike Crider has received his study committee assignments for the summer and fall months to help prepare for the 2016 session of the General Assembly.
Crider, R-Greenfield, will serve on the following interim study committees and commissions: Interim Study Committee on Public Safety and Military Affairs, Interim Study Committee on Public Health, Behavioral Health and Human Services, Interim Study Committee on Financial Institutions and Insurance and the Commission on Hispanic/Latino Affairs.
When Indiana’s part-time legislature is not in session, lawmakers are assigned to interim study committees that meet to review the state’s top issues, as identified by the General Assembly during the previous legislative session.
