May 7

Kristie L. Ackerly pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; $280 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw. Fine and cost: $768.

May 8

Adam Shryock pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 60 days executed and 305 days suspended; 305 days drug and alcohol probation; 180 days home detention; victim impact panel; $200 drug interdiction fee; $200 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw; driver’s license suspended for 90 days. Regan Tate pleaded guilty to fleeing law enforcement; sentenced to 365 days in jail with six days executed and 359 days suspended; 359 days drug and alcohol probation. Fine and cost: $768.
